Eligibility Requirements:

Our recruiters will work with you to determine your probability of acceptance, or help you understand the organizations eligibility requirements. You are not required to select a desired position or understand occupation specific requirements during your initial onboarding stages.

Ways to Join

Enlistment (Full Time)

Enlisted Soldiers are the backbone of the NAAF, responsible for carrying out orders and ensuring the success of each mission. They make up most of the military workforce, and complete tasks in designated fields with specific occupation specialties. Contracts usually range from 2 months up to 8 months long, with entry paygrades ranging up to E-3.

Officer Commission (Full Time)

Officers are important leaders in the NAAF, tasked with making critical decisions and being responsible for the safety of Soldiers. Officers work at administrative level positions and overall: plan, organize, and lead troops in activities/military operations. They are also responsible for managing enlisted personnel, operating and commanding aircraft or armored vehicles, and structuring the NAAF. Officer contracts start at 6 months and range up to 12 months long. 

Reenlistment (Full Time)

The NAAF is actively seeking former organization members, willing and ready to rejoin the organization. Reenlistment packages include the NAAF honoring previous rewards, select qualifications, and rank/paygrade up to O-1 and E-4. Reenlistees may be eligible to receive a reentry package if they meet the following criteria:

Steps to Join

There is a relatively short process to enroll in the NAAF. For the benefit of yourself insure to stay dedicated and understand each step as it happens. If you need any help for have any questions, be sure to get in touch with a recruiter in the NAAF Enlistment Center. 

1) Submit a Digital Application
All new and former applicants will be required to complete a simple digital application that can be found here. This is the first step of your military entrance process and will provide administrative figures all information to verify and record your enrollment. 

2) Register in the NAAF Enlistment Center
Join the NAAF's Enlistment Center Discord server with this link and get in contact with any of our recruiters to start your journey. This is the most important step to continue with your enrollment process, and must be completed before the following steps.

3) Complete an In-Game Interview
Connect with a recruiter and complete a One-One interview in a NAAF regulated environment. You will have a opportunity to share information about yourself, ask questions about the organization, and make a first impression on a recruiter. 

4) Officially Join the NAAF 
After the interview process, recruiters will keep in touch and prepare your contract and entry package. After a short waiting period, you will be sworn in and sign your enlistment contract to be part of the NAAF. 

5) Orientation 
As a member in the NAAF, even before any training we welcome you to attend our daily orientation sessions hosted by a member of leadership, to get a understanding of how we operate and provide resources to prepare you for your ship date. 

Basic Combat Training

Basic training will teach you the core skills and knowledge to succeed in a military environment. It may be the most in-depth military simulation experience you have ever had and requires hard work and perseverance. Courses emphasize basic military skills, weapons handling, teamwork/leadership and ethical values.

Where Does BCT Take Place?

Basic Combat Training takes place at Joint Operating Base, Fort Zancudo, San Andreas. Home of the 127th MIB, all military recruits will be under the command of the 1st Training Platoon, and use facilities located on the Zancudo installation.

During large field exercises and activities, BCT trainees will be transported off base, to military regulated installations such as Blaine County, Sandy Shores Airfield. The Grand Senora Desert is also commonly concealed for military exercises if the training staff deems necessary. 

What Can I Expect?

As a organization that stives to shape the future of Military-Sim, the NAAF has high standards for both superiors and subordinates. The training staff at all Basic Combat Trainings will insure each trainee has everything they need to be successful but they hold everyone to a standard with no exceptions.

The environment at BCT is both inviting and welcoming. The experience is unmatched and teaches trainees many skills that go beyond a video game. This being said to keep the environment controlled and operable, at times situations can get stressful. Perseverance is very important to be successful in the NAAF.

Field Exercises

Field exercises focus on practical military skills such as weapons firing, marksman skills, basic infantry tactics and more. You will also learn how to operate military vehicles, and the 50 caliber machine gun weapon system.

"Hells Revenge" formally known as the final field performance task is a grueling one hour long, and test trainees physical/mental strength. The training is also designed to bring out ones true character and display their leadership and collaborative abilities.

Classroom Teaching

In the NAAF, classroom environments are used to teach important and relevant  information that is utilized or necessary to keep the organization consistent. In Basic Combat Training, the training staff uses classroom teaching to relay standard operating procedures, unit organization and structure, rank structure, and much more.

Once the training staff has taught trainees all the content required, short and simple pop quizzes commence or trainees may be subject to a low level written test, to insure all information was understood to regulated degree. 

Graduation

At the end of BCT, all trainees that have made it to the end and met expectations will attend a graduation ceremony. During graduation, a member of company leadership accompanied by the training staff and other expected leadership will give both speeches and incite to the opportunity to come. 

During graduation all trainees will earn the rank of E-2, or E-3 depending on their entry package, along with the highest preforming person receiving honor gradate which includes the BTHG Ribbon and a promotion to Private First Class. All gradates will also receive National Defence Ribbons and Army Service Ribbons.
